Dreamster Music Platform – User Guidelines & Conduct Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to Dreamster Music, a Web3-powered platform transforming music into Digital Music Assets (DMAs). By creating an account as a Musician or Fan, you agree to comply with these guidelines, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all applicable United States laws. Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate account suspension, revocation of Digital Music Assets, and legal prosecution.
2. General Platform Conduct
Users must maintain honesty, integrity, and respect when interacting with the Dreamster community.
All activities on the platform—such as uploads, purchases, transfers, or withdrawals—must be legitimate and transparent.
Any form of tampering, hacking, fraudulent activity, impersonation, or misuse of Dreamster systems or user data will result in criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of U.S. federal and state law.
The Dreamster name, logo, trademarks, and products are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use, replication, or modification is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Registration & Security
Each user must provide accurate and verifiable information during sign-up.
Creating multiple accounts to exploit rewards, airdrops, or token programs is prohibited.
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
Dreamster is not responsible for any loss resulting from compromised accounts due to negligence.
Suspicious or unauthorized account activity must be immediately reported to Dreamster support.
4. Digital Music Asset (DMA) Ownership
All music uploaded to Dreamster must be original content or content with full rights of ownership or licensing.
Each DMA represents a verifiable digital collectible backed by smart contract technology.
DMAs can be purchased, transferred, or resold in compliance with platform terms.
Once purchased, the buyer (Fan) becomes the legal owner of the DMA, subject to the platform’s terms.
DMAs cannot be reverse-engineered, replicated, or modified.
5. DMA Payment & Transaction Guidelines
Users must complete all payments for Digital Music Assets using the approved payment methods (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Dreamster Token, or stablecoin).
Users must ensure accurate wallet address entry when transferring DMAs.
Dreamster is not liable for lost or misdirected transfers due to user error.
Verify recipient profile and wallet address before confirming a transaction.
Refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes will only be reviewed under valid circumstances outlined in Dreamster’s refund policy.
6. Artist Responsibilities
Musicians must upload authentic, high-quality music and avoid infringing on any third-party rights.
Artists agree to provide truthful descriptions, pricing, and perks associated with their DMAs.
Artists must not manipulate DMA prices, bonding curve algorithms, or yield systems through fraudulent purchases or wash trading.
Artists are responsible for complying with copyright, publishing, and royalty distribution laws.
Dreamster reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards or is deemed offensive, illegal, or fraudulent.
7. Fan Responsibilities
Fans agree to support artists fairly by purchasing DMAs through legitimate means.
Fans must not attempt to exploit bonding curve mechanics, resale functions, or yield systems.
Selling or transferring DMAs outside of approved Dreamster environments may result in account suspension.
Fans acknowledge that DMA values fluctuate based on market demand and platform rules.
8. Platform Integrity & Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly forbidden:
Attempting to hack, inject malicious code, or manipulate smart contracts.
Copying, scraping, or redistributing any proprietary code, algorithm, or data.
Impersonating Dreamster staff, artists, or community moderators.
Using bots or scripts to artificially inflate engagement, prices, or yields.
Laundering funds or engaging in any illegal financial activity through the platform.
Publishing inappropriate, hateful, or pornographic content.
Engaging in harassment, abuse, or defamation of other users.
Violators will be permanently banned and referred to federal authorities under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and other applicable laws.
9. Dreamster Token & Stablecoin Use
Dreamster’s utility token and U.S.-licensed stablecoin are to be used only within the platform’s approved ecosystem.
Any attempt to manipulate token value, trade outside approved exchanges, or conduct unauthorized conversions may lead to legal action.
Dreamster reserves the right to withhold, freeze, or audit token balances in suspected fraudulent accounts.
10. Data Privacy & Compliance
All users agree to comply with Dreamster’s Data Privacy Policy and relevant laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Dreamster maintains full rights to use anonymized data for analytics and improvement.
Users are prohibited from collecting or selling other users’ data without consent.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising between users or between users and Dreamster shall be resolved through binding arbitrationunder the laws of Wyoming, USA.
Dreamster reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate accounts during investigation of disputes or suspicious activities.
12. Enforcement & Legal Action
Dreamster actively cooperates with law enforcement agencies and will prosecute individuals or entities attempting fraud, hacking, impersonation, or theft.
Penalties may include civil liability, financial restitution, or imprisonment under U.S. law.
13. Modifications to the Policy
Dreamster reserves the right to update these guidelines at any time. Continued use of the platform implies agreement to the latest version.
